mirror lense replacement

I cracked the lower lense on my passenger side o8 mirrors. How do i go about replacing it? Is it difficult?

here is a picture of what is broken

On that bottom mirror, I'd say you're gonna have to bite the bullet and take it to either a body shop or a glass company.

My experience has been limited to replacing the amber marker lights in the mirror.
