P.I.E. adapter

i had gotten my p.i.e. adapter today. planning on puting it in this weekend. out of curiousity and maybe to save some time can anyone who has put one in tell me where they ran the constant power wire to. thanx in advance

I took the power and ground right from the power point in the dash. I hid the PIE behind the trash bag hook for easy tuning, the wores are long enough to run from the back of the stereo to get to the PIE in that position.

A connection to the back of the radio (AUX) that allows one to plug in a SAT radio or Ipod or such....

I need on sorta, don't really need it but would be good to have I guess, with my stereo I will be able to control the ipod with it which is pretty cool. I will go check places out for them around here though.

yup got the bug up my but and went out in garage and put it in. wasnt bad didnt take long at all maybe 40 mins. give or take a few. thanks again sarg for the location worked great. and im so glad i put that in what a diff. with the sat. radio.

P.I.E. = Plug In Entertainment adapter. It allows you to use the AUX button on the front of the radio for say DVD player, Sirius or XM Radio. I had one til I switched over to the Nav. radio. It works really well with the stock radio.
