canopy?
Ok, so I have a canopy on my 94' long box and am thinking about finding a 76'-77 long box truck. Will the canopy on my newer truck fit the older bed/cab? I have heard people say the beds were all the same size since 67' and the cabs from 73-97 had the same angle. If this is true it should fit and look ok, just thought I would verify before I sell my 94' and keep my canopy for when I find a old dent side.

The cap should fit. The 80-96 cabs have a straighter back wall than a 73-79 would have. A friend had a factory cap from a 73-79, and the front of the top would rub against the top of the cab on his '85. Those caps were plenty heavy. He and I carried it about 100' through snow to get it onto the truck once.
