2004 F-150 Brake Problems

I changed all 4 of the brake pads and had the rotors turned. I did not undo any lines. I slowly compressed the caliper in with a c clap. Now with new brakes they are extremely spongy & soft brakes.

You might have a stuck caliper, now that you pushed those pistons on the calipers back into the calipers. Also if you didnt take the cap off the master cylinder you might have pressure built up in the resivour or vacuum. take the cap off and put it back on and see if that does anything.

have you tried braking a few times........first half a dozen brake applications will be soft after doing a brake job...
