Will there ever be a 0% for 72 months offer for the 2009EL? 4th of July?

I don't see that happening unless sales are really bad for Ford or they just want to get rid of whats left of the 2009's. Since Ford has transferred production of the Expedition/ Navigator to Kentucky its really hard to locate a Expedition equipped the way you may be interested in.
