Has any one had any problems with Suspension Connection?
I ordered some stuff and they got the order wrong as well as over charged.
(Didn't give the stated discounts)
After calling them the first time I got what I thought was satisfactory results, credit and re-shipment of the wrong goods with return labels.
Yet, I have not seen the credit on the card, or received the replacements or return shipping label.
So I called them again today ... They said the credit was processed on 4/3 and the goods shipped. Yet still no credit on the card and no goods.
It took 6 days for the original order and It has only been 10 days so I know it's a bit soon for panic, just wondering if anyone has had any troubles with them.
They seem nice and upfront so I'm not complaining or worried yet!
I just got a call from Suspension Connection and they've made me happy!
They admitted that there was an issue, And my stuff will be here in the AM, And I have been credited for the overcharge as well.
They really have been awesome about the whole mix up!
Allright since this is a waste of a thread anyway, I may as well hijack it, stosh is probably the person that can help me. My dad's 96 F250's steering column bearings have gone ou twice. This time we let it go long enough that the turn sig's quit and the horn would blow while you turned the wheel. I think a J'yard column would be the best bet. What are they going for and is the bearing thing so common that it's hard to find a good one? PM me if you dont approve of the hijack
