Edelbrock performer??
Hey guys. I'm rebuilding my 351m. for one where is a good place to buy a 400 crank. and also is the Edelbrock performer intake/carb setup gonna work good for a MUDDIN and "sometimes" cruzin the town kinda of truck. I just keep seeing all of the adds say "street & strip". just figured I'd ask before dumpin the funds for it.

Edelbrocks are poor wheelin carbs do to the shape of the fuel bowl, and placement of the jets, and needle/seat.
Holleys work better, the off-road truck avenger is a much better carb for wheelin. It's got almost all of the right stuff, just add some jet extensions and your good.
