Climate control problem
2006 with 45,000 miles on it. The direction of the air doesn't seem to be working when I move from Vent, Defrost and floor. The fan blower is working as you can hear the fan increase in power as you turn the dial. The heater and air work as you can feel the air change. When you move the dial to the floor, air still comes out the vents and defrost. When you move the air to vents, it still comes out the floor and defrost. Same goes for defrost (comes out the vents and floor). Any idea's what is wrong with it?

I have the same problem on a 2005 SCrew Lariat with electronic controls. I keep hitting the controls from floor to vent and it eventually changes. Some days it works as it should, other days it's annoying and won't budge.
If anyone figures out the fix, I'd love to hear it.
