Cruise Diagnostics?

Cruise Diagnostics?
I got a '94 F350 IDI Turbo Diesel XLT 4x4 Auto and am having some cruise control issues... It doesn't work! Anybody know how to diagnose this issue? Wiring diagrams, testing, codes, anything to do with my ABS light being on? The horn works, so I would suspect it isn't anything to do with the steering wheel pad buttons. Thanks for any input!

i haven't scanned it with a tool, so I don't know if it is throwing a code. The brake light used to be on all the time, and then it just shut off completely. The brake light doesn't even come on when I push the e brake down.
