Expedition Shift Kit
Im looking at changing the fluid, filter, and adding a shift kit from B&M. The code on the door indicates that i have the 4R100 transmission. The parts houses here claim they cant get a shift kit for this. Is there annother name for this tranny? I looked at B&Ms site they dont list a 4R100 either.

I thought the 4R100 is the old E40D, but improved. I really dont think any parts would be interchangeable, and to tell you the truth, I'm not completely sure what I'm telling you is correct. But if you cannot come up with anything else, you might want to give that a shot.
