Headlight Adjustment

I have a 94 front clip on my 85, I can see the adjustment for side to side adjustment but I need to adjust my lights up and down, but how do you do it?

Open the hood and look behind the headlight, metal rod standing vertically with hex nut formed into the top end of it iirc.
