im sure if someone wanted a 3/4 or 1 ton shortbox they could build one but it would be pointless. i have a 77 1/2 ton that im turning into a 3/4 ton by adding more leafs to the stack.
does any have any photos of a standard cab longbed dually with a styleside bed with the dually flares
i have pics of my dually in my gallery.my dually fenders are hand made.my truck has a dana 70 ls dually rear diff and a dana 60 ls front diff. i have had dually trucks for over 25 years.they were home built trucks. i would not build them anymore.they are pricey to build the correct way,and now you can just buy a dually pick up from the factory. 25 plus years ago,you could not buy my truck off a ford lot so mine was made at home. i first built a toyota dually, with a ford 302 v/8 it was my first dually.then i got the ford i have in my gallery pics. the ford was a big long job that has really changed over the years.now shes parked and im putting more into her.she will once again come out of the shop bigger, stronger, and more powerful.im in no hurry to finish this next upgrade so it may take a while.
i like the fender flares you made for it hotroddually. im wanting to do some thing that looks more like it would come from the factory like the crew cab on page one has. i have a chebby dually but im not a fan of them so im wanting to do a ford dually that looks as if it came from the factory with a styleside bed and dual wheel flares.
all f-250 crewcabs, 2 or 4wd were shortbeds, and 79 f-350 4x4 crews were shortbeds.
I knew somebody would say this but being that a short bed crew has a longer wheelbase than a long bed 2 door it is not relevent to the point being made here.
