Upgraded my Swamps 176/146 Single Shots

I had the Swamps 176/146 Single Shot injectors for the last 7 months and they were GREAT. But PMS kept hitting me plus there’s a friend that has a Doggone Dodge that I really need to beat or a least keep up with so I talked to a few members on the Ford sites and with the guys @ Swamps which are great guys to work with also. And we all agreed to get the 200+30% Hybrids this way I don’t need to do all of the major upgrades like big oil ,etc, etc.
I installed them today an WOW they are awesome I know some have them and more but I think they are great. But I do know I can not see there full potential effect until I get a new Turbo. Man I hit 30lbs boost which is all my old gauge will read in no time. I also will be upgrading gauges and turbo.
Let me know what Turbo you guys think would work good with what I have now.

Great to hear man I am really wanting to get a set of those since you can get them and not have to worry about head studs and the other stuff. How much did you pay for them Eddie?

If you havent addressed the up-pipe issues most of us have, I would seriously consider the H2E kit, which comes with new up-pipes, and then you can get the recomended gaskets for them, and do them when you do the install. If you have addressed the up-pipe leaking issue, I would look into the gtp28r. I put the international bellowed up-pipes on mine, so when turbo time comes, gtp38r it is for me. On our early 99, when turbo time comes, it will get a H2E.

Are injectors and a turbo the next mods after the "common" (DP included)ones?

Wow Eddie, the PMS bug bit hard! 7 months and you upgraded - you might need to start attending PMS classes - LOL -

I think Mike (Tenn01PSDF350) has the same injectors (200CC Hybrids). His GTP38R seems to clean them up quite well, the H2E is more $ but is also a great setup.

Who's tunes you running now - Johnathan's (Swamps)?

I'll post up some graphs Mike sent me a while back on the H2E & GTP38R

Justin you would need to talk to David or Johnathon I did already have a set of swamps as I said they are great to work with. I guess I got a good deal because I bought a set and then upgraded but just call and see.

Rich I am looking for that class my wife will enroll me. LOL I say I need a Turbo she says She needs carpet I will try to make us both happy as long as I get the turbo I am looking at the GPT38R $$$$ . By the my way DP tunes work okay with these injectors also talked with Jody and he said as long as it works and the smoke and EGT are okay dont need to reburn my chip. It still works great also. Man if I want to smoke there is no limit to it.

Go for the carpet, then I can get the turbo. I install carpet for a living.
OK, I just looked, you live clear across the country from me, so go ahead and get your turbo because if you buy the carpet it won't do me any good.

38r for sure. I am thinking that I am going to go with that setup, those hybrids and a 38r when the time comes, just have them de-tuned for my PMRs.

It looks like the 38r is the way to go. But what about the Van Turbo with the ATS housing I hear that it works good with this set up also.
