hey guys, i just learned about the site. my whole family is a ford family. i just recently purchased a 1984 F-150 with 351W, long tube hedders, 750 cfm holley carb, and four on the floor. i paid 425 bucks for the truck and its an old farm truck. its rough around the edges. but its got a strait body and runs like a scolded red-butt ape. i have a 1971 Cobra Torino that is under restoration. its a sweet ride itself. ive owned only one chevy pick-em up truck and i will never go that route again, it probablly lasted me 8 months at most. well see yall around.
Welcome aboard, anyone from a Ford is certainly family here!
Congrats on the new to you 1984 F-150, seeing that it`s straight it`ll be a sweet ride soon with a bit of tlc.
A 1971 Cobra Torino is one of my favorites of all time, wish I`d kept my 70 Cobra GT/429/C6 but that`s life.

well thanks for the invite, my truck is a little rough. Under the hood she is beautiful. 351 Windsor with 4 spd manual tranny, i can break her loose in second gear and walk her sideways. i picked it up for 425 bucks.... it has some serious engine work done to it. the previous owner just wanted it off his property. he said if i didnt get it that it was going to the junk yard. so i got a good truck, hes just got some rust and a stinky interior. it smells like something died in it.
