The beater/FL

I just purchased my 1st FORD ever. Some how I've gotten caught up in the "found on the roadside dead" hype. I know the reality of it though now. It's just a piece of equipment and its performance is as good as its received care. Well mine is a strange seed just purchased from an auto salvage yard.
the paint, almost Fire engine red, has been buffed out so there is no oxidation and it shines well. It is badged with F150 XL so I'm not sure if it started life with the current powerplant she has. an in-line 300/6 with auto xmsn. Being in Florida, its tropical weather has taken its toll on the headlamps, I find myself replacing both buckets busting knuckles in the process. I could use headlight adjustment help/data so I don't blind the on coming traffic. Thanks,K

Hi and welcome K, seems like your`s is better than just an average beater truck, taken care of it will go a long ways.
Nice to hear the paint buffed out so well. For help on headlight adjustment post in the 1987 - 1996 F150 And Larger F-Series Trucks forum: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum28/
