what do you think?
I am thinking of getting a 1999 lightning. What do you think of them that year i know that there is only a 20 horse difference from them to the 2002. what do you think??

1999 and 2000 Lightnings are selling at reasonable rates these days. Most are falling in the $25K to $29K range, depending on mileage and condition. The HP difference is due to the 90mm induction upgrade on the '01 and '02 models. The newer models also came with 373 gears, a 5.5 inch aluminum driveshaft, clear tail light lenses, and Bilstein shocks.
On a personal note, I prefer the rims on the '01 and '02 models over the ones on the '99s and '00s.
