Audio Speakers
Don't know if this is the right forum for this kind of question but here goes. I have a '94' crew cab with factory speakers in the rear corners of the cab. I have a different pair of 6x9's that I wanted to put back there but the speakers that are back there now look to be some odd size. Question, can a pair of after market 6x9's fit in the factory hole without alot of modification? I'd simply find a star driver and remove the factory speaker and try test fitting my 6x9's but they are in storage right now, this is why I'm asking.

The ones there now are 6X8/5x7, I have heard them called both.. But, no the 6X9s are gonna take some cutting on the holes to get them to fit .
So unless they are some thing "special" i would just get some that fit.....
