i have a 79 f-250 with the 460 engine and automatic transmission. i think the sending unit for the oil pressure has gone bad. I bought a replacement today. I can not find it on the engine. May i ask where is the location of it?

Should have one wire conneted to it, clean the area around it. Unhook the wire, should be a factory press on style connector. Make sure your new one has a o-ring, thread in the new one. Connect wire, open beer and your done.
