It's been - well that'll do.
It seemed that for a Chapter of over ninety members with only a handful that regularly post, that we don't have a quorum much less a mandate for anything.

i'd like to make a motion that we start a new sticker thread, and we get something done.
i'll believe we have 90 members when i see them post..........and with that being said i think quorum would qualify as 15 votes.

Just put it to a public vote that ends at a set time and if they don't respond within that set time period their vote isn't counted. Simple as that. You don't need to use all those big, fancy words.

Pete, should you be referring to my post about bulk mailings, the purpose is to find a talented person who also has a graphics program to spiff up our logos.
The mass mailing via PM just went out.
Likely some of the recipients will think its spam 
and I can't blame them

Below that: Connecticut Chapter

I have a couple of programs that would probably foot the bill, but I'm far from an artist. Given somebodies else's ideas I might be able to put something together. Here is something I did for my dashdaq.
