that looks real nice. only thing that would make it nicer would be to move the location that the wires come out of the firewall.
dunno why the factory put it where they did.

The voltage regulator is put as close to the alternator as possible, so that the regulator-to-alternator harness is as short as possible to minimize ohmic loss. Modern alternators are internally regulated, which is much better.

I like the look you have! You got a grommet in the fender well? If not get one. It will eat right through those wires.
