they have "something of concern" from both my ekg's, now i am waiting to do a stress test to get a good check on my heart... but they did perscribe an inhaler that was 150$ after i told them i couldnt afford one at 250$... but i do LOVE the a/c i think it blows colder than the 06 dodge
1) First, Whats the deal with gunsmiths not driving dodges? Am I missing something,,,Dodge/cummins, you have any input on this?? I know a chrysler product is a legitamate excuse of being a reject but, you could heart someones feelings..
2) JMMARTIN-are you seriuse about being 28 and having a possible heart attack?? Not trying to be unencuraging but my dad died at 25 from a heart attack (ventricular heart failer or unknow reason as to way) and was perfectly healty to our knowlede. That was july 25 1987 at about 4am i think cause it was a day after my 3rd birthday. Anyway, make sure you take the doctor seriuse. Im almost 25 now and hope I don't have the same problem..
There is suppsibly a way to stay alive for awile while having a heart attack and may give you enough time to get to the hospital or for the ambulace to make it (in my dads case, ambulance got lost and this might have saved him till they got there. don't know, havn't tried it) Supposibly if you feel like your about to have a heart attack and about to pass out, You start taking deep breaths and repetadly cough deeply vigerusly (very heard) over and over. What this does is fill your lungs with oxygen on the deep breath and the coughing causing a squeezing motion on your heart which can set it back in rythem or atleast keep a little blood moving and hopfully long enough to get help. MAKE SURE YOU ASK YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT THIS or atleast get some info on how to more accuratly do this than I described. I don't know if this works but you may ask your doctor if he has heard of this and what he thinks.
Like I said, I don't know if the stress thing was seriuse or just a joke basicly saying your fed up with the problems your truck is giving you and your wife doesn't want you putting mony in it. Thats why I like my chevy, its 15 years old and the A/C is ice cold and never been opened or even recharged. All the fords I have had, I have had to fix the ac, this f350's 3 times. 2 compressor failers and a blowed seal. As for the texas heat, I know what you mean on that. Go there a fewtimes a year. Im just 20 miles from texas anyway in texas county, oklahoma. (its in the panhandle)
yeah mega, right now they dont know what is wrong, nurses and doc say it was symptoms similar to a small/ light attack... my wife hates the truck, says she'll never be caught dead in it and wants me to get something newer w/ less headaches. she didnt want me to drive it b/c we are already in the low 80's here and the head is causing me to get dizzy, enough so that i have fallen over a few times just from the house being to hot.... i keep telling her i would be glad to get rid of it as soon as i find an early 90's 7.3 turbo, i get a growl and an eye roll to that one hehe.
i'm doing what the doc tells me to... this is keeping me from going back to work, i cant stand to be shut in the house at all, and everyone is starting to get really tired of me being here all day, something about being a grouch or a PITA...
Is your truck really that bad? All you need is to swap the transmission to a 5 speed and add a turbo to make it good for another 10 years. 1987 is a great year for the 6.9s.
its not to bad, there is one dent behind the rear pass tire that is on my list to get it out, only 2 rust spots, about 2" below the corners of the back glass, the clear coat is comming off, but the paint is still pretty good for the age, and the windshield leaks a little while you are sitting still in the rain.
i've come to yall about the mech problems i have had, really not that many concidering... it needs a new seal on the rear end at the input yolk, new shocks, new u-joints and carrier bearing and for me to be able to park it for a couple of weeks so i can do those reapirs and i am going to repaint it myself after i get my shop fixed up.
i would love to make those 2 changes david, but the problem is availability around here. the salvage yards will not put these trucks on their yard. the claim is that they are nothing but junk, and no parts are worth saveing.
And joe, i quit the video games when i was 10 and moved into the woods. if i am indoors i am miserable and p!$$ people off quite frequently. I am finally back in the country from the city, and cant take any advantages of it... all i can do is shoot my guns and reload, i have it set up in the travel trailer to stay in the a/c

Reason: fergit to put sumfin
I wish I had time to just shoot guns right now!! I had to buy a 22 so I could atlest afford all the ammo as many rounds as I go through but lately I have been too busy to spend 3-4 hours at the shootin range and go through 2-500round boxs a time. I need a place in the woods as well so I could shoot more on the weekends.....Or after a grusome day at work, Or when she...........
Oh, I still play video games when Im too tired or broke to do anything else. Mainly the combat games where you can shoot with/at others online.
