Gene, the tranny crossmember is the same. automatic's use the rear set of holes in the frame rails and standard's use the front set.
their are a few diffrent mounts used depending on what tranny but the crossmember that came in your truck shouldn't need to be changed unless you are turning it into a 4x4 or something.
