First off...a couple things. What year is the truck. Stock hubs or are they aftermarket. How many miles on the truck? Do you use the hubs alot? Is one looser then the other? And have you serviced them recently?
Well i'd start by pulling off the hubs and visually inspecting them. Look for any parts that are broke or really worn. If not, repack your wheel bearings while you have them half out, grease your hubs up good and put them back on. Sometimes a bunch of grease will help to make things smoother.
