Just think of it as preventative troubleshooting

 

Once my warranty is up on my motor and I become Captain Paranoia about my truck then i will get one. LOL

... yes, but the phrase "working on" can also be replaced with these other choices words and your statement would still be 100% accurate...

BTW... I have discovered that if you tell AE to "Get VIN" while the truck is running, the engine will shut down immediately!

Yeah, Rick. I thought it was just coincidence when it happened the first time. Then I thought immediately, "Hey, what a coincicidence... now I can use the AE to troubleshoot what is just starting to happen with my truck". Started the engine back up, went to the Identify Vehicle process, and as soon as I clicked "Get VIN" the truck died again!! Dohhhh! . Sort of had the newfound "problem" figured out at that point.

 

You turn the other cheek and get slaped again. lol. If it rains today then my weekend will be clear, so I can do more playing with the AE. If it don't rain, I have 50 dump truck loads of dirt to spread for my son-n-law. I guess it will just take playing with it to find out what all it will do.
