intake manifold nuts

intake manifold nuts
2000 F-150 with 5.4. The bolts from the coil boots won't loosen, just spin. Some of the others were missing, and the boots and coil were trying to creep out of position.
This is the plastic intake. What is the fix, and where do I get it? Epoxy nuts into the holes? Thanks.

Welcome to FTE catfishb! 
Sounds like a perplexing problem. Someone must have been inexperienced and overzealous with them before you got there as this is not a problem that I have heard of before. Epoxy may work but be careful that you don't get it into the threads of the inserts. Hopefully there is a fix that you can do short of having to replace the intake manifold. Good luck!
