I have a four whell drive E4OD out of a bronco and I want to swap it into my 72 f100. How would I go about converting this tranny to 2 wheel drive and ditching the t-case? any help would be apppreciated. Thanks

You will need a tail shaft housing, a new output shaft, Drive shaft, and the valve body is probably set up different than what your looking for. For performance. There may be other issues too.
But its safe to say you will be tearing the whole tranny down. You should get a rebuild kit from the get go. I dont know where you will find the parts you need without just buying another tranny(two wheel drive e4od).And I know the e4od is controlled by a computer that moniters engine conditions, speed and so on. I'm not the tranny master but I don't think your truck has a computer that is compatable with this. I think its a waste of time.Sorry hope I helped out.
