We're supposed to get the cold blast tomorrow too. It was in the 70s today, supposed to top out in the 30s tomorrow, and snow Tuesday. Geez...Come on summer! The schools have missed so many days this year for snow, the kids aren't getting out until June 18 for summer break.
We finally got a break up here in the north west, temp around 70. Went for a drive with the windows rolled down and had the dog hanging her head out the window the whole way, lol!

Yep, that's what they are hollering for here as well. It's going to suck. I hate riding horses when it is in the 30s. I've gotten nosebleeds because of those temps and riding. I'm getting too damn old for this.

You know, we rarely got out for snow. I think there were 5 accidents in the parking lot throughout the day and they never called it. It was worse in college.

You really got to love days like that. Today was one of those rare days that I could just enjoy the drive. Of course, when I got to the barn I had to haul *** to make sure I had seed/fertilizer on the ground before the storm came thru(luckily I did).
I'm with ya Tex. Put the windows down and go cruising for a while listening to the 6.0 rumble. Don't need the music as the rumble coming out the duals is therapy in and of itself. Doesn't get much better.

No your right, it doesn't get much better then that. When I just pulled out of the driveway onto the road there was a couple walking on the walking trail off to the side of the road and I let the ole girl whistle for a bit(as much as she can on the low end, she is more of a screamer on the high end) and that did turn their heads. I'm dreading having to get outside here in a few and having it be as cold as their predicting it to be. Not fair that it's 70 one day and then the very next day it's in the 30s.
Don't feel bad. It's snowing here now and supposed to all night. It was about 75 Saturday.
It's slossy rain here now. I feel like crap(I feel worse then that, I aspire to feel like crap right now), took a zertec(wonderful stuff, much better then benedryl) hopefully, I'll be feeling better tonite. Damn the joys of getting old.

I'm right there with 'ya. Claritin doesn't help me at all. Zirtec is the only thing that works for me too. Oh the joys of aging!

Whatever happened to the joys of highschool where you felt like you could conquer the world, steal the women, and just have fun?
Now 30 something has a whole new meaning for me, stayed with the same woman for mutliple years(although I wouldn't change it, most of y'all know I'm not the easiest person to deal with, so anyone that tolerates what she has to and not bitch(much) is aces(another sign of old age, concession)) and now bed time comes in about an hour and I'm up at 4-430.
