Tire size?
Assuming your stock tires were about 30", going to 33" tires will give you aproximately the same performance as if you had a 3.73 axle ratio with the stock tires.
That's not too bad, especially if you have a 460. You've probably noticed lower cruising rpm's and maybe even an improvement in mpg.
Here's the link I used to calculate this information.

P.S. That site is a good reference, thanks
If you're gonn'a pull hills, your transmission ratios will be a factor. In otherwords, when you downshift out of direct, will you're rpm still be in the sweet spot of the powerband. The C6 and the HD4-speed with granny low are also better for starting on hills.
If you have towed this load before, you know where the power is in each gear.
Does your truck have a tach? If so, here is another link to play with that gives the varibles of speed, axle ratio, tire size and rpm. It's right here on this site, but here's a shortcut...

You'll kind of have to work it backwards, adjusting the rpm until the tire size comes out right, but I find it pretty usfull.
Here's another link that will tell you what your final drive ratio will be in other gears besides direct. The're selling OD units, but their gear tables are really usefull. Plug the numbers from the tables into the gear calculator on the first link to find what your rpm's will be in the other gears besides direct.

The bottom line is, hitch up and try it out. Then go from there.
Hope my input has been useful. Please let us know how it works out.
