C7TZ16138A Used on all 1967/72 F100/250's without the Super Cooling Radiator.
C7TZ16138B Used on all 1967/72 F100/250's and all F350's with the Super Cooling Radiator.
The difference is the core support used with the Super Cooling Radiator has a larger opening radius because the radiator is taller (24 3/16" vs 19 3/4").

Anyway, I gotta 79 support, and inner fenders, too, for my 70 bumpside, and there's only a few small things that need attention. If you go to the "other" site for 67-72 bumpsides (seen ya there, but guess I can't post it here) there's some info for it somewhere.....

1973/79: One was used with round headlamps without the Super Cooling Radiator.

1978/79: One was used with rectangular headlamps without the Super Cooling Radiator.
1978/79: One was used with rectangular headlamps with the Super Cooling Radiator.
