shipping would cost more then I would want for them. Ive ordered stuff through ebay a 390 intake was 86 dollars to ship from a southern state. Right now everything is still hidin in snow but in a week or two ill try to get some pics up make sure there what you need if your still looking.
Snowking, is the frame a '42-'47? If you do start pulling parts off it, would you be willing to part with the front spring brackets? One of my brackets has a slotted hole from the heavy use and lack of maintenance from the PO.
Packrat, I also have been looking for the front springs because mine sag really bad. I was told here that the F1 from I think '48-'50 shared the same front springs, so maybe you can find a set of those easier? They do make new replacements for the F1 if you are interested in going that route, I even saw some at JC Whitney dot com :-)
Yes it is a 1947 frame. And I did compare it to my 1949 they are the same leaf springs. But the 1947 has the coil style shocks.
Another difference is the way that the springs mount. The F1s that I have seen have the shackles on the front of the leaf, the '42-'47 has the shackle on the back of the spring. That is why I am looking for the front brackets off the '42-'47 halfton (I know where I can get tons of F1 parts). So if you part out your frame let me know if the front brackets have a tight round hole . I don't need them anywhere in the near future, I just haven't been getting the time I need to progress on this project. I am going to post an ad soon, if I remember, because I know a lot of guys are putting the IFS on thier trucks.
Here is the thread I started on my bracket, you can see my issue
