HELP 390 Smokes like a Coal Plant?

Ok guys well I should have followed my gut instinct a long time ago. I replaced the valve seals on the passenger side of the motor yesterday. Well the old seals were hard as a rock and didn't even really hold on the valve stems at all. Installed the new seals fired it up no smoke at all out of that header. Did the same to the drivers side no smoke now. Thanks for all the help guys.
