anyone up for a challenge?
Just curious if anyone around here who has the same drive train as me and has some experience wrenching wants to come out and lend a hand? Maybe you are in need of servicing and we could do them both? I am a pretty experienced hand, but as you guys know, there is some stuff that just requires more than one set of hands...or would be nice to work not alone.
Our Expy is in need of it all...trans flush, cooling system flush, etc...but also needs the exhaust manifold re-sealed on the passenger side (studs sheered off), and the remote oil lines replaced to the engine oil filter...and I also need to troubleshoot some suspension issues that just don't feel right and haven't since we bought it at 148K miles (now at around 170K). These things run strong and seem to last forever, but hell, they need lots of attention too!
Anyway...not something that needs to happen this week, putting out the interest post and even if it doesn't come together for a month, should be ok. I'm slowly getting all the fluids together that will be needed (paycheck to paycheck), and assembling parts I know I need ahead of time.
