I'm looking for a late 60's to mid 70's 460 and C-6 to go in my 74 F350 Super Camper Special, that I tow a 14,000lb 5th wheel with. I'm heading to the junk-yard this weekend, (I want a torque monster) I'm looking something to rebuild and beef up so what years should I look for and out of what models and which should I stay away from? TIA

I know where there is a 69 Lincoln Continental with a 460 in it for sale. I drove it, runs good. The car itself isn't in very good shape tho. I just wish I could justify buying it.
