I am hearing a loud clicking sound coming from either the trans or t-case. I only hear this sound when accelerating in 2H or 4H at around 10-20 mph. i have checked the fluids and checked the mounts to make sure they aren't loose. Any help is apreciated. thanks guys!
Have you checked the universals on the front drive line and the center hanger bearing on the rear driveshaft. What fluid is in your transfer case (ATF), how is the level.

ok, no i have not checked the universals on the front drive line and the center hanger bearing on the rear drive shaft. what is the universals on the front drive line? i will check the hanger bearing.
I have atf in my transfer case, i havnt checked the level yet, i honestly thought that it shared the atf from the trans.
the clicking starts out slow and then it speeds up and stops around 20 mph. I dont see how the Universal joints would make several clicks while accelerating, maybe the T case then?
