Thermostat Replacement

Hello,

I was going to be into the engine and figured I'd replace the t/stat while I was in there.

I ahve 43k and never really had a problem with the existing t/stat. Anybody agree I should change it for peace of mind or leave it?

Is there a better replacement than stock anyone has used?

I usually change them when I do coolant flushes; just for piece of mind. I had a dealer do the flush on my truck last, so it didn't get changed. I don't have any recommendations for replacements.
