How do I send reps? I tried to give some rep points , clicked on the rep icon and a pop up said I must first spread some point around before I can give this member more reps, but I did not yet give that member any reps

That i cant help you with. Weird problem. But to give it, you click the red heart with the green bean in front of it. Make sure you choose approve or disaprove, my last three I recieved have been blue beans which arent good nor bad. Do nothing for the reputation. I guess you just have to click which one you want
