Yes it has, lots going on these days, softball has started and my little girl, not so little any more is playing on two softball teams one which I help coach and the other is the high school team so by the time we get home eat and take care of business it's time for sleep. This weekend is a holiday so no softball and is a crappy day here also.

Evening Ken...
It looks like alot of people don't want to play this weekend..
I am heading over to my brothers for Easter dinner in the afternoon..
I am making a Custard pie and a Cannoli Trifle for dessert..
If I have time I might make something that my grandmother used to make.. I just found her recipe and need to see if I can duplicate it...

Whenever I attend family functions I'm generally expected to bring one of my home made chocolate cream pies...and some adult beverages. The pie is in the fridge...along with a 12 pack of Sammys!!!

I usually lean towards the Italian favorites, Cannoli, Ricotta Pie and some other Trifle dessert I come up with..
