Why not just fool everyone and swap out the bed with the hood and vice versa, and drive around in reverse all the time?

The F2-F6 front fender openings are 2 1/2 inches larger in RADIUS from the wheel axel in semi-diameter,

Plain English: you'd have to add 2 1/2 inches all the way around the inner lip of an F2 fender to make it an F1. Lower fenders are larger along the arc on the F2+ as well.

Front fender arcs are more circular than the rears.

That's a lot of filling to do, and I've no theard of anyone being successful at it yet. I'd PM AX Racer and ask him to jump in here - he's the best at body and metal work in these discussions.

We've had one or two members convert their F3 fenders down to F1 wheel openings over the years. I can't recall their names at the moment, its been awhile since I've seen any posting by them. I'll try and do a search but I'm not making any promises.

Ross,

I think you're right, and its been about a year or so since it was posted......

Dang! Why is it that you kill off active brain cells when you party and not the slackers?
