Cigarette lighter ?

Was it a option to have a cig lighter clear to the right on the dash, in front of the passenger on a '71 or did someone put it in ?

The wiring harness doesn't have a pigtail for second lighter and the factory accessory booklet doesn't list one. Most likely it was installed by a previous owner but these trucks did have quirks that never made it into the parts books and shop manuals.
