Fuse Help

I am trying to locate my fuse for the lighter on my 99 f150. I do not have a manual and the internet is not helping. Thanks for any assistance.

It's the one that is blown.....

25a, position 9 on interior panel....just to the right of the e-brake pedal underdash....

3rd row, left fuse.....
