No Coolant Temp!! AHH!

No Coolant Temp!! AHH!
Ok I have a 2004 F250 Powerstroke 4x4:
I just had the egr cooler replaced.
It has about 150k on it now.
I just jumped into the truck and drove it and I got a check gauges and check engine light!
I am not getting any reading on the coolant temp, I just stays at green.
And to top it off the fan keeps kicking on!
All of its fluids are full and plenty topped off.
Iam stumped!!!!!!
Is it a coolant temp sensor that could have possibly gone wrong?
