quick question: 400 factory rating

looking for factory numbers for a 79 400 2v. Want to compare to the 7.3 idi. I have edel intake and carb.. thats good for about 10 hp prolly right?

I'm pretty sure the stock one is 160 hp and not much more torque. The problem is the cam, the retarded timing gear, and the stupid low compression.
