03 Escape spuddering

I have an 03 Escape v6 2.4L I went to start it and its spuddering in idle and applying gas to it. I slight viberation can be felt as well.. I popped the hood and can hear a hissing noise like air escaping a line.. After idling for a few minutes my check engine light came on. Please give me some advice.
