Okay folks.... here is a little update as to what has been going on behind the scene with this.
Ed (spinella) was has been working with a shop that he has used several times before and has had very good results from them. Here is a PM that Ed sent to me with the cost information as it is cheaper per decal, but our initial quanity has increased from 25 to 50 decals.
neil,
i got the rest of the info on the N.Y. chapter stickers. like i said in my previous PM to you, there will be no charge for graphic work because i was able to convert it myself. the proposed stickers are high performance outdoor cast vinyl. they would be 6"x6" they also will be die cut and have a UV overlaminate. Dawn (the shop owner) says she'll do 50pcs. for $275 (thats $5.50 each).
i thought about it and i'm guessing the easiest way to do this is , i'll lay out the money and when i receive payment(check) i'll mail out the stickers. i'll just have to figure out how to charge for postage. (maybe add $1.00 for envolope and postage?)at $5.50 each maybe everyone will want more than one. -ed
Now Ed had his wife do some checking on envelopes to be able to send the decals out to those that want them along with postage. Ed would like to get $2 from each person to cover shipping and the envelopes.
Personally, I feel that this would be the better option as some people had stated that they would like to keep the money spent in NY. I know that Jason had done so research and the costs were a bit higher, but it was out of state and an online company.
Which way do you guys want to go?????
Post up your recommendations.
So if my calculations are correct, the decals are going to run around $9.15 per decal based upon a run of 30Now seeing that we are getting close to having 30 decals spoken for, do we want to hold off a little more and see if there is any more interest or do we want to order the 30 and be done with this ???
My feeling is to hold off a little more and possibly order 40 which I assume that Dawn would do for the same cost seeing that see is willing to do 30. This way we do have a few extras around in case anyone else wants one after Ed places the order.
Hmmmmm. I think waiting just a bit more may get us to the 50 run price. Of course I'm usually horribly wrong but will another 30 days affect the 30 run price?? Will it kill us to try to bump it to the 50 run????

Just asking...not suggesting.
That is why I put this out for people to look at so that we can get a feel as to where everyone stands on this. I think that Dawn, who Ed has been working with, is willing to hold the total cost where it is for the run up to 50 pieces, but 30 looks to be the minimum.
I am sure that when Ed has a chance, he will chime in here and straighten us out.
