Slick 50 Diesel Formula - Ja oder nein

Is this stuff a good thing to use? They had it a Big Lots for $5.

If it is not specifically designed for our engines, I wouldn't use it. Why take a chance.. It is a very expensive motor to fix..

You have to be very careful what is put into the oil of a 7.3. Don't forget that our injectors are driven by high pressure oil. Anything that you put into the oil has to be able to withstand these high pressures. Some oil additives actually "foam" when high pressure is applied to them.

The only thing to add that is a benefit to any engine is XADO. do a google on it. It works.

Snake oil, er I mean Slick 50 is not good for any engine IMO.

Slick 50 was a good product in the '70s,we used it in a lot of engines

XADO must be great,I guess you could by a wore out truck and make it new with it
