Well, sorry to say I've had same issue for the last 70K on my 08 F250 and ford's no help..best I can tell the "Regen" system is the problem. I'm told that Ford has a fix on the way, but still haven't seen it.
Power loss about every 200 miles last for 20 to 40 seconds then goes away, seems worse on wet or humid days. Apperently when the control mod. tells regen system to activate it screws up the fuel mix and timing.....wish I had better news, Good luck. still mad about it.
I have been having the same wet weather drivability problems for the last 6 months. Last Saturday I was towing a customers boat in just foggy conditions and felt this same momentary hesitation. Stopped by dealer today and no help.
