My bronco sees 4-lo a lot, my truck almost never. I'd say keep the 2wd and get a good posi. If you find yourself at a lot of 4wd trailheads where its actually necessary, use that 2wd truck to pull a trailer with a bitchin' early bronco, or a jeep if you one of THOSE guys (jeeps are for cheerleaders!).

maybe one of those duelie rear wheel kits would be to your advantage instead of converting to 4 wheel drive

Well with the money you would invest to convert your 2wd to 4wd you could probably pick up a 4x4 and save it from the yards. Then you would have the best of both worlds.
