I just wanted to share my latest purchase.
2(two) '77 F250 4x4 lowboys, both with 400's and C6's, one 205, one 203.
Both didnt run (according to the PO) one has a jumped timing chain, the other he didnt know what was wrong. So a little gas down the carb, and jumping the solenoid and rumbled to life. Had to tap the carb (float must have suck) and didnt even need to charge the battery. Has a full tank of gas and good tires, so at 500 for the pair, I think I got a heck of a deal. oh and ONE owner truck has headers, 4bl holley, and hot cam.

Update on the other truck,
Pulled the front cover off, he was right, it jumped time. We intalled a good double roller timing set I had laying around, the spark plugs and wires he gave us, it was running too. Not bad after not running for 5 years, and having less than 8 hours of fooling around in it. The best part is the cab has just two small holes in the floor board, good doors, and just a little rust in the cab corners. The bed is junk, but the rest is solid.
