Im new to this forum stuff and I am not much of a mechanic but hope to learn. A few years ago I worked off a F250 Custom Camper Special w/ a 390 in it. It has been sitting in my yard for some time collecting moss. When I parked the truck it still ran well. I have been going out and starting it periodically to maintain the battery so I know it still runs. I figured it would be a great truck for me to learn how to work on considering the simplicity (no fancy electronic parts). I would like to make it a bit of a project. My first question is is there any other modifications I need to be aware of other than swapping the intake before I put a four barrel carb on it?
