rebuild/MO

i have a 69 360 that im going to rebuild.
i need to now how to tell if it is a solid lifter block?

Welcome aboard 1969/360, neat handle!
If you have a stock 69 360 it won`t have a solid lifter cam as Ford didn`t make them that way. I sold my 69 F100 this summer and while I miss it alot I have way too many other projects on the go.
